Virtual Writing Groups
The CCWH mentorship program recently launched virtual writing groups. Due to popular demand, the CCWH virtual writing groups will continue as a resource for individuals who would like some more routine type of writing schedule, and for people who will want to come-and-go as they wish, depending on their projects.
Click on the following hyperlink to access the registration form for the CCWH virtual writing groups. Registration for the CCWH virtual writing groups is available on a rolling basis.
18-20 May 2022 Writing Retreat
There is still time to register for our virtual writing retreat. The retreat will be on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday May 18-20, 10:30am-4:30pm EST/9:30am-3:30pm CST (with 1-hr lunch break 1-2 EST/12-1 CST).
Just like previous retreats, you can sign up and drop in at any point during the live hours!
Each day will have an hour long lunch break, when cameras will be off. The meeting will stay open, however, in case you want to just grab something and keep working.
All active CCWH members are welcome to sign up. You can register here.
Once registered, you will be sent an email which includes the Zoom link and password that will be the same for each meeting. This response may not be immediate, as they tend to be sent in batches.
Mentorship Matching

If you have obtained your Ph.D. and seek guidance about junior/mid-career issues, or if you are available to serve as a mentor, please write “postgraduate” in the subject line and provide the following information:
Women at the advanced stage of their career (e.g., full professors, independent scholars, and/or people in administrative positions) can also ask for a peer mentor. We will be happy to match you up!
