We cordially invite you to join the CCWH and to devote time to CCWH activities as an award committee member, member of the executive board, contribute articles to our newsletter or write a film or book review.
We especially encourage faculty members to invite your women graduate students and students of women’s history to join CCWH by distributing our brochures or membership forms. Or give a membership as a gift.
Membership in the CCWH runs from January through December, or a calendar year. All memberships expire on December 31.

The easiest way to join the CCWH, renew your membership or give a gift membership is to fill out our secure Online Membership form and pay by credit card.
By mail – If you would prefer to send your Membership form and a check by mail, please download, print and fill out the form below and send it and your payment in U.S. funds to the CCWH Treasurer:

Affiliate Organization Membership
An affiliate organization membership with the CCWH qualifies the affiliate group to:
- send a representative to the CCWH board/business meetings,
- co-sponsor panels at the AHA annual meeting as an AHA session, if accepted by the AHA program committee, or as a CCWH affiliate session,
- send information about the organization for posting on the CCWH web site, and
- send their news to the International Federation for Research in Women’s History (IFRWH) through the CCWH, which is the American representative.
At this time, there is no cost for affiliate organization membership. A liaison from an organization that desires Affiliate Membership should fill out our secure Affiliate Organization Membership form.
